How will peanut/tree nut allergies be handled?

Spartans Sports Camp is a nut-free camp. Please refrain from bringing foods with nuts for snack or lunch as a courtesy to other campers who may have severe food allergies.

What is the COVID protocol?

COVID vaccinations are recommended, but not required. Modifications to activities and other measures will be in place to reduce the risk of COVID. All state and local regulations will be followed.

How can I use my account credit that was issued in previous years?

Account credit does not expire and will automatically be applied during registration.

My child wants to be in the same group as his/her friend during camp. Can you accommodate this request?

Yes, we are happy to group friends together. Please note this in the Questions/Concerns box during the registration process.

I would prefer photos or video of my child not be used in marketing materials. Can I opt out of the photo release?

We understand the privacy concerns that come with photography. Names will never be used in any marketing materials. If you would like to opt out of the photo release, please note that during the registration process in the Questions/Concerns box.

Will hitting be covered in the flag football camp?

Our flag football camp is a non-contact camp. No hitting will be covered.

Has the staff gone through finger-printing and background checks?

Camper Safety is a high priority at Spartans Sports Camp. All employees 18 years of age and older are subject to background checks. In addition, all Staff is First Aid and CPR/AED certified to maximize camper safety.

I live within walking distance of Mtn. View HS. Can my child check himself out of camp?

Yes, no problem. Please note this during the registration process (Self Sign-Out Question). Spartans Sports Camp is not liable for your child when he or she is walking to or from camp.

What do the indicated grade levels refer to?

For summer camps, the indicated grade levels refer to the child's incoming grade level. For all other camps, the grade level refers to the child's current grade.
