This camp will cover multiple areas on improving athletic performance. We
will be teaching you how to improve strength, speed, agility, flexibility and
how to prevent ACL injuries. As for the weight room, you will learn proper form
to prevent injuries with an emphasis on how to squat efficiently. Outside we will
instruct proper running form, how to change direction quickly, plyometrics, and how
to stretch correctly. One of the main things you will come away with is how to take
care of your body and become the best athlete you can be.

This camp will run in six sessions: June 17-June 21, 2013, June 24-June 28, 2013, July 8-July 12, 2013, July 15-July 19, 2013, July 22-July 26, 2013 & July 29-August 2, 2013 from 11am-1pm daily.
The cost of a 5-day session of this camp is $215. This camp is open to kids entering grades 6
through 12 in August 2013. Each camper will receive a t-shirt, water bottle, and drawstring backpack.

Adam Lanthier graduated from Mountain View High School with the class of 2006, and
went onto play collegiate baseball and earn his BS in Kinesiology from California State
Monterey Bay, graduating in 2011. Further pursuing his academics and sport, Adam has
continued to enhance his knowledge in the human health and wellness industry. He is
currently a certified performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy
of Sports Medicine. He emphasizes improving functional strength and conditioning for
clients, elite athletes, and teams by using modern science and functional methods to
improve performance. He also is a certified emergency medical technician, and has
enrolled in paramedic school starting in the fall of 2013. Adam is a apart of a
organization called Project Fiji which is currently becoming a non-profit. We help aid
multiple villages on the islands of Fiji with school supplies, renovation materials,
athletic equipment, and many other miscellaneous items that can help improve the Fiji
islands quality of life. The future seems bright for our next project.
