Our track and field camp is designed to cover basic running technique geared to each athletes age and training level.
We will also cover event specific subjects for sprinters, jumpers and distance runners and teach the fundamentals of
track and field. You will learn the skills and techniques that will help you improve, and better yourself as an athlete
both on the track and off. The camp will also cover off season training and strength training, stretching, proper warm
up, etc., if appropriate for the camper's age and focus on producing intrinsically motivated, task oriented athletes who
compete for the joy of running.

This camp will run in one session: July 8-July 12, 2013 from 9:00am-3:00pm daily.
The cost of a 5-day session of this camp is $275. This camp is open to kids entering grades 6
through 9 in August 2013. Each camper will receive a t-shirt, water bottle, and drawstring backpack. Lunch is available for an additional fee (click here for details). Extended care is also available for an additional fee (click here for details).
